Kyle was professional and took time to answer all my questions. I would recommend this company. They were on time arriving and kept me advised of how the installation was proceeding. Excellent service! The absolute best service provider. Explained what he did, answered all my questions with clear understandable language and is truly a nice person! Thank you.
Very professional and knowledgeable.
Kaylub did a great job our electric is running awesome he also worked on our plumbing for our dryer and washer we will be using him in the future if you are looking for a job well done and licensed this is the guy.
I needed to have an HVAC tune up done on my heating system. I found this company and was impressed with their excellent website and pricing. Making an appointment was quick and easy. I received a call before the technicians showed up so I was prepared for their arrival. Will and Declan introduced themselves and began their work. They were courteous, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. I was very impressed this company and the work performed by Will and Declan. I would highly recommend this company for your heating and cooling system needs.
My heater went out and they were at my house in 10 min. Walked me thru the service in detail and got us up and running in 20 min. Didn't try to oversell me on anything crazy. Will be switching from Bud Anderson.
George's is a great company that does an excellent job of caring for and servicing the A/C units of our home. We had a replacement done during 2020 and they were very professional and careful as we were of course in the COVID pandemic. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service of their heating and cooling systems! Fast forward to 2025 and still killing it! Efren does a great job and very professional both inside and outside of the home. Wearing booties and keeping it clean. Thank you! These folks are great! Update 10/2025 - Efren caught something and made sure we knew how to keep safe and also got us in line for a new system due to this one just being too darn old! David came by and worked with us to find the best option and now we're ready to get that update and ensure we can stay comfortable for some time to come! I highly recommend George's!
HVAC Installation & Service performance guide for Rogers, Arkansas
Climate averages are state-level reference values, not city-specific measurements.
Climate impact in Rogers, Arkansas
Rogers, Arkansas sits in a Mixed-Humid climate zone with average summer highs near 85°F and winter lows near25°F. Those swings load the evaporator coil, blower motor, refrigerant lines, and condensate drain. Keep a clean MERV filter to protect the compressor.
Seasonal swings stress refrigerant lines and condenser capacity. Verify charge and airflow to protect the evaporator coil.
Most common local breakdowns
Evaporator coil icing from low airflow and clogged filters.
Capacitor failures on the condenser during peak cooling loads.
Low airflow from dirty MERV filters or a weak blower motor causes ice. Ask for airflow and refrigerant superheat checks.
Equipment recommendation
Balanced systems with SEER2 15+ and solid filtration protect the blower motor, coils, and compressor year-round. Seal ductwork and schedule coil cleaning to protect the heat exchanger, capacitor, and compressor.
Heat pumps favor variable-speed compressors and tight refrigerant line sets to stabilize humidity control.
Local code and housing notes
Ask contractors about Arkansas energy code compliance and permits. Older homes often benefit from ductless mini-splits to reduce line-set length and improve zone control.
Mechanical permit for system replacement and condenser swaps.
Post-install inspection covering refrigerant line pressure and condensate drain routing.
Load calculation proof to avoid short-cycling compressors.
Airflow verification (blower motor speed + static pressure).
Always confirm a contractor's license and insurance before hiring.
