Absolutely garbage! Sent plans over on Sept 11 for a bid on new construction. It's Nov 5th. I've called several times. Brian is ALWAYS "in training" I've left several messages with NO call back at all! Completely and totally unprofessional and clearly incompetent! I have 6,000 square foot building.......hand delivered work for them.....all they had to do was simply return a phone call! WOW! Will be er recommend or do business with these hacks
As usual the two technicians who installed our new hot water heater were wonderful, efficient, courteous and professional. We love your company and will recommend you highly to anyone who needs a great plumber or ac specialist.
Very pleasant and competent. It was great to work with him.
Austin came out today to inspect our leaking water heater. He quickly found the issue and helped us resolve it. Austin showed up on time was very respectful and provided top-notch customer service if I need central assistance again I hope Austin is sent to my house.
Austin was Awe-some and went beyond the call oof duty!
This was a routine service call to check the function of the furnace. The tech Rocky arrived on time based on messages sent on expected time. Our electric furnace was inspected, cleaned and he replaced the filter. Everything checked out fine and upon checking the thermostat he decided to change the batteries as a preventative measure. Service on our unit was thorough and completed as scheduled. Bill's Superheat provides thorough and complete service and I would highly recommend them.
HVAC Installation & Service performance guide for Kalispell, Montana
Climate averages are state-level reference values, not city-specific measurements.
Climate impact in Kalispell, Montana
Kalispell, Montana sits in a Very Cold climate zone with average summer highs near 74°F and winter lows near5°F. Those swings load the evaporator coil, blower motor, refrigerant lines, and condensate drain. Keep a clean MERV filter to protect the compressor.
Extended heating cycles strain heat exchangers and blower motors. Inspect ignition systems and combustion safety annually.
Most common local breakdowns
Cracked heat exchangers from high duty cycles and delayed service.
Frozen condensate lines and iced outdoor coils during subfreezing weeks.
Low airflow from dirty MERV filters or a weak blower motor causes ice. Ask for airflow and refrigerant superheat checks.
Equipment recommendation
Cold-climate heat pumps with auxiliary heat or a 90+ AFUE furnace backup reduce stress on the heat exchanger during deep-freeze cycles. Seal ductwork and schedule coil cleaning to protect the heat exchanger, capacitor, and compressor.
Furnace + AC setups need annual heat exchanger inspection, verified combustion, and balanced blower airflow.
Local code and housing notes
Ask contractors about Montana energy code compliance and permits. Older homes often benefit from ductless mini-splits to reduce line-set length and improve zone control.
Mechanical permit for system replacement and condenser swaps.
Post-install inspection covering refrigerant line pressure and condensate drain routing.
Load calculation proof to avoid short-cycling compressors.
Airflow verification (blower motor speed + static pressure).
Always confirm a contractor's license and insurance before hiring.
