Our HVAC was going through it this past summer and as frustrating as the process was between having no AC, waiting for warranty and parts to come in and multiple visits (which the company continued to prioritize us and get us on their already busy schedule), this company truly went ABOVE AND BEYONDD each time to make sure our unit was fixed!!! Great people! The owner and his team are exceptional! They truly care about their clients and we are so thankful for this company!
It was the best company I have ever dealt with in Fort Wayne. The company was quick to fix the problem, provided excellent customer service and did a great job. They made my day less stressful by solving the furnace issue within minutes. Casey noticed that the humidifier connected to the furnace did not work due to poor insulation by a previous company. She came the next day, after getting the parts needed to fix the humidifier. I am extremely happy with this company and its staff.
John performed a routine physical examination on me. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. He did not try to sell me any additional services. They did a great job and I will definitely use them again for HVAC services.
Jermaine was patient, knew what he was doing and willing to explain it to me. He was available to me when I needed help with my furnace. I will certainly use his services for any other assistance that I need. He was very diligent in restoring heat to my house.
Jon is excellent! Jon was excellent! He took time to explain everything and diagnose the problem. Great job! !
HVAC Installation & Service performance guide for Hoboken, New Jersey
Climate averages are state-level reference values, not city-specific measurements.
Climate impact in Hoboken, New Jersey
Hoboken, New Jersey sits in a Mixed-Humid climate zone with average summer highs near 85°F and winter lows near25°F. Those swings load the evaporator coil, blower motor, refrigerant lines, and condensate drain. Keep a clean MERV filter to protect the compressor.
Seasonal swings stress refrigerant lines and condenser capacity. Verify charge and airflow to protect the evaporator coil.
Most common local breakdowns
Evaporator coil icing from low airflow and clogged filters.
Capacitor failures on the condenser during peak cooling loads.
Low airflow from dirty MERV filters or a weak blower motor causes ice. Ask for airflow and refrigerant superheat checks.
Equipment recommendation
Balanced systems with SEER2 15+ and solid filtration protect the blower motor, coils, and compressor year-round. Seal ductwork and schedule coil cleaning to protect the heat exchanger, capacitor, and compressor.
Heat pumps favor variable-speed compressors and tight refrigerant line sets to stabilize humidity control.
Local code and housing notes
Ask contractors about New Jersey energy code compliance and permits. Older homes often benefit from ductless mini-splits to reduce line-set length and improve zone control.
Mechanical permit for system replacement and condenser swaps.
Post-install inspection covering refrigerant line pressure and condensate drain routing.
Load calculation proof to avoid short-cycling compressors.
Airflow verification (blower motor speed + static pressure).
Always confirm a contractor's license and insurance before hiring.
